The team at SFS have once again excelled at a high end multi-disciplinary installation delivered on behalf of Tyrone Electrical at Sport Ireland, Dublin.
Encompassing six mobile units of expanded office space, our engineers worked hard installing access control, CCTV, intruder alarm and fire alarm systems into each unit. We also installed Dual Com’s into each unit to provide monitoring of the intruder alarm & fire alarm systems, which alert the keyholders and relevant emergency services in the event of a confirmed activation.
We used RISCO for our intruder alarm systems and Hochiki and Advanced for the fire alarm systems. This project saw a new partnership with CCTV & Access control supplier Verkada as Sport Ireland requested their products to allow easy integration with existing systems on site.
Verkada product training in Manchester was provided to our engineer Fraser Armstrong earlier in the year. This product knowledge was advantageous once Fraser & the team began the installations, coupled with our engineer’s skill sets we were able to carry out a first-rate installation, which went as smoothly as possible.
The site was handed over to Sport Ireland within the agreed timescales. On site demonstrations of each system was carried with Sport Ireland staff on handover day. We will continue to support Sport Ireland with our Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule over the next year and beyond.
